—On Feb 17 a Glaucous Gull was reported on the shore of the North pond at 124th Ponds Near Brighton Road by Susan Rosine.
—On Feb 15 a Glaucous Gull was reported at Ken Mitchell Park & Open Space (view from Goldeneye Ln). First reported on Feb 10 by Adam Vesely,
BOULDER COUNTY:
—On Feb 18 a Red-necked Phalarope was reported at the east end of Lagerman Reservoir by Emil Yappert. This is a first eBird winter report in Boulder County for this species.
—On Feb 13 a Red-Naped Sapsucker was reported at Boulder Mountain Park-Shanahan Mesa by Chris Nunes.
EAGLE COUNTY:
—On Feb 17 a Rusty Blackbird was reported at Daggett Lane. Two birds were first reported on Feb 12 by JoAnn Riggle.
EL PASO COUNTY:
—On Feb 16 two Black Rosy-Finch were reported at Rainbow Gulch Trail by Chris Brobin.
GARFIELD COUNTY:
—On Feb 19 a Red-naped Sapsucker was reported at Centennial Park in Carbondale. First reported on Jan 20 by Dick Filby.
JEFFERSON COUNTY:
—On Feb 17 a wintering Common Yellowthroat was reported again on Clear Creek Trail-Golden to I-70.
—On Feb 16 the wintering PACIFIC WREN was reported at Bear Creek Lake Park in Lakewood. From the Whitetail Deer parking area walking to the creek, it has often been reported as close as 50-100 ft downstream. First reported on Dec 22 by Chris Wood. First JeffCo eBird record.

—On Feb 15 a Golden-crowned Sparrow (perhaps the "Summer Street" individual) was observed at Morrison Park by Chris West.
—On Feb 13 a SNOW BUNTING was reported on Clear Creek Trail-Golden to I-70. First reported Feb 6 by Myron Gerhard. First JeffCo eBird record.
—On Feb 12 a wintering Golden-crowned Sparrow attended a private feeder on Summer Street in Morrison. Observe from public property, please.
KIOWA COUNTY:
—On Feb 16 Glaucous Gulls were reported at several reservoirs in Kiowa County by multiple birders.
LARIMER COUNTY:
—On Feb 18 a GYRFALCON was seen on the big poles west of Taft on Tribley, near the Larimer County Landfill in Fort Collins. There is a new stake-out hotspot near its favorite perch. This winter's first report was on Nov 3 by Robert Beauchamp. Please post updates to COBirds.
—On Feb 18 a wintering adult Yellow-bellied Sapsucker was reported at Grandview Cemetery in Fort Collins by Dave Leatherman. First seen in Austrian Pine just out on City Park 9 golf course e of the portapotty, then flew east into big cottonwood, then later found in big American Linden in Section 8 where it has been off and on earlier this winter. First reported in November.
LA PLATA COUNTY:
—On Feb 11 several Black Rosy-Finches were reported in Hesperus by Kathy Donaldson.
MESA COUNTY:
—On Feb 15 a Golden-crowned Sparrow was reported at Grand Junction Wildlife Area. First reported Jan 28 by Bob Clarke
—On Feb 13 five Tundra Swans were reported at High Line Lake SP by David Price.
PARK COUNTY:
—On Feb 14 a Black Rosy-finch was reported at feeders in the hamlet of Jefferson in South Park by John Cobb.
PUEBLO COUNTY:
—On Feb 16 two wintering Dunlins continue at Pueblo Reservoir-South Marina.
—On Feb 16 the Great Black-backed Gull known as "Murray" was reported at Pueblo Reservoir. Murray has spent 20-plus years as a winter resident at Lake Pueblo SP.
—On Feb 14 a Red-throated and a Pacific Loon were reported at Pueblo Reservoir by Brandon Percival. Present earlier in the winter too.
RIO GRAND COUNTY:
—On Feb 17 3 adult Tundra Swans were reported on the Monte Vista Refuge auto tour loop on the south end pond by John Rawinski. Other birds of note include thousands of Sandhill Cranes and several Geese Species.
