[cobirds] Feather ID Tool from US F&W

I was seeking a tool for helping me identify a feather I found, and ran across a seemingly effective feather ID tool from US F&W. I've never heard it mentioned in writing anywhere or by anyone I've birded with, so figured I'd share it here. It works much like Merlin where you enter whatever info you have (in this case pattern, color, size, position, and/or type of bird), and it shows you pictures of the possible matches.
