When I opened my garage door to head out birding this morning, I heard a Say's Phoebe singing down the street. The bird was at a house where it has held territory for many years now. A short time later, along Boulder Creel near 75th Street, another Say's was singing on a territory also held for many years. Fascinating synchronicity of arrival.
