[cobirds] Re: Varied Thrush - Boulder Cnty

I checked in on this location around 3:12 PM and viewed briefly one male Varied Thrush under the feeders. I didn't find a second bird, but was only able to walk around the area for 15 minutes. The bird flew Northeast towards a house with some tall spruce trees.

COBirders,
We just had a gentleman bring in photos of a Varied Thrush he has had at his feeders in N Boulder over the past few days. He said there are 2 of them.
I asked if it was OK to let birders know and he said yes. The feeders are in the front yard and the bird(s) have been seen more in the mornings after he brings his feeders back out. His nocturnal marauding raccoons are the reason for bringing his feeders in at night.
The address is 4200 Peach Way, near 47th and Jay Rd.  As usual, park on the street, maybe try from your vehicle first, and be the good neighbor that I know all COBirders can be.

Good luck,
