[cobirds] Lake Arbor (Jeffco) Brant continues

Cobirders,
After waiting a good hour plus (which gave me some great practice on estimating shoveler flock size) the Black Brant flew in to Lake Arbor about 5 pm.  I'm sure it will still be there in the morning though the continued streaming in of white-cheeked geese after dark may make it a little tough to find.
No Greater White-fronted Goose was seen but there were 2 female type Hooded Mergansers and 4 male Common Mergansers among the Mallards and shovelers (and geese.)

Good birding and Happy New Year!
Chip Clouse
Golden
P.S. My FONY (first of new year) bird was a flock of Bushtits at the feeder.
