[cobirds] FYI: Prince Lake status, multiple complaints

I am posting in response to the elevated birding activity and subsequent complaints at Prince Lake.

Boulder County Rangers have received multiple complaints about continued trespassing issues today.  The agriculture tenants have not given permission to access closed agriculture property to observe birds.  At this point, deputies will be issuing citations as necessary.  Additional signage has been posted, so there should not be confusion about where one shouldn't be.

In addition, people are walking through an active construction zone which is slated for heightened activity tomorrow.  The patient site foreman is concerned about liability and would prefer people not walk through that area.

If you're heading that way, it's a wonderful opportunity for birders to showcase their values and ethical observation practices.
