Hi Co-Birders,
Bird Conservancy of the Rockies is sharing here/below an update on the dike reinforcement project at the Barr Lake. After more than a year-long pause, FRICO will resume work on July 20.
I am excited to announce that, after two years in a temporary location because of the construction, we will return to the original/traditional site for banding this fall! FRICO was able to maintain most of the habitat in that area, and we are hoping/expecting a more normal season this year and going forward. We look forward to seeing many of you! Registration is required and is now open – here is the link.
Let me know if you have any questions,
Meredith McBurney
