Grouse Conservation in Colorado Webinar
Thursday, February 17th from 5pm - 6pm MST
Colorado is home to the rare and sensitive Gunnison Sage-Grouse, a federally Threatened species that relies entirely on the sagebrush rangelands of southwestern Colorado and southeastern Utah. What makes these birds adapted to their environments, and why are they particularly sensitive to habitat changes? What can we do to improve habitat for these sensitive birds? Join us for a presentation by Senior Wildlife Biologist Marcella Tarantino, who specializes in habitat improvements for grouse species.
The program fee is $3 to attend this webinar.
In order to provide equitable access to all, complimentary tickets are available at no cost to the participant thanks to support from generous donors.
After registering you will receive a confirmation email containing the ZOOM link to be used the day of the webinar.
*Registration closes at 9:00 am the day of the webinar
