[cobirds] American Goshawk, Louisville

Birders—

I pulled into my driveway a few minutes ago and noticed a large hawk sitting in my catalpa tree.  I couldn't believe what it was—- an adult male American Goshawk! I tried to get a cell phone picture but he flew across the street.

I'm very familiar with this species because I lived at 9000' for over 20 years.

I'll try to refind it and get a picture.
