Re: [cobirds] Nashville warbler, Northern Parula, and Chestnut sided warbler....

Thanks, John, for the great questions. I have no answers. However, I have one clarification/addition. To wit:

eastern warblers that have been inhabiting Boulder Creek for the past few weeks.  There have been 6 different species--Chestnut-sided, No. Parula, Tennessee, Pine, Orange-crowned & Nashville—holed up in this location for some time now.  None of them choose to


Actually, 7 or 8 different species. Audubon's and Myrtle warblers, too, have been photo-documented in the flock. Y'know, that would be a decidedly good "Eastern warblers" flock at Two Buttes or somewhere in May. Amazing that they're all along Boulder Creek in the days leading up to the CBC.
